AML Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-17
This AML Policy describes the risk-based anti-money-laundering and compliance approach used for SwapBNB.org crypto-to-crypto exchange orders.

Risk-Based Approach
Standard eligible crypto-to-crypto orders do not require routine KYC at the start. However, SwapBNB.org may perform a risk-triggered review when transaction, wallet, network, order or other compliance signals indicate that additional checks are appropriate.
The purpose of a review is to reduce the risk of the service being used for fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, financing of prohibited activity or other unlawful conduct.
When Additional Review May Be Required
A review may be triggered by indicators connected with the sending or receiving wallet, transaction history, suspected stolen or fraud-related funds, sanctions or restricted activity, unusual transaction patterns, inconsistent order information, abuse of the service, a security incident or a valid legal or regulatory request.
SwapBNB.org does not publish fixed internal risk thresholds or guarantee that any particular order will avoid additional review.
Information That May Be Requested
When a review is triggered, the service may request information reasonably necessary to assess the order. Depending on the case, this may include information about the transaction, source of funds, purpose of the exchange, control of a wallet, supporting transaction evidence or identity-related information.
Only information relevant to the review should be requested. Users should never provide a wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password.
Possible Actions
During or after a review, SwapBNB.org may request additional information, delay processing while the review is open, refuse or cancel an order, restrict use of the service, return funds where technically feasible and legally permitted, or take other steps required by applicable obligations.
Where required by a valid legal or regulatory request, information may be provided to the appropriate authority. The service may also decline to process an exchange when doing so would create unacceptable compliance or security risk.
User Responsibilities
Users must not use SwapBNB.org to process funds connected with theft, fraud, sanctions violations, money laundering, prohibited activity or other unlawful conduct. Information provided during a compliance review must be accurate and must not intentionally conceal the origin, destination or purpose of funds.
Users are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network and destination address and for ensuring that their use of the service is permitted under the rules that apply to them.
No Guarantee of Anonymity
The absence of routine KYC at the start of a standard eligible order does not mean that every transaction is anonymous or exempt from compliance review. Public blockchain transactions may be traceable, and additional information may be requested when risk controls are triggered.
Privacy
Information collected during a compliance review is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may be retained when necessary for compliance, security, dispute handling or legal requirements.
