Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-17

This Privacy Policy explains how SwapBNB.org may process information when you use the website, create a crypto-to-crypto exchange order or contact support.

Digital security and encryption concept representing data privacy

Information We May Process

Depending on how you use the service, information may include order identifiers, sending and receiving assets, selected networks, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, order status and other technical information required to operate the exchange.

When you contact support, we may process the information contained in your message and any order details you provide. If a risk-triggered AML review is required, additional information may be requested for compliance and risk assessment purposes.

Technical and security logs may also be processed to operate the website, prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the service.

Why Information Is Processed

Information may be processed to create and complete exchange orders, display order status, provide customer support, investigate failed or disputed transactions, protect the service against fraud or misuse, perform risk-triggered compliance reviews and meet applicable legal obligations.

SwapBNB.org does not require account registration for standard eligible crypto-to-crypto orders, so the standard exchange flow is not built around a persistent user account profile.

Blockchain Information

Public blockchains record transaction data independently of SwapBNB.org. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, transferred amounts and related blockchain data may be publicly visible and cannot generally be deleted or changed by the service after confirmation on the relevant network.

AML and Compliance Reviews

No routine KYC check is performed at the start of a standard eligible order. If a risk signal triggers an AML review, SwapBNB.org may request additional information necessary to assess the transaction, comply with applicable requirements or respond to a lawful request.

For more information, see the AML Policy.

Technical Storage and Cookies

The website may use technical storage that is necessary for functionality, security, session continuity, preferences or fraud prevention. If non-essential analytics or similar technologies are enabled, they should be presented through the appropriate website notice or control where required.

Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with service providers or infrastructure partners only when needed to operate the exchange, provide technical infrastructure, investigate security issues, process support requests or perform compliance-related functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by a valid legal or regulatory request.

SwapBNB.org does not publish user support communications or private compliance information as part of the public exchange interface.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for exchange operations, support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance or legal requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

Public blockchain records are controlled by the relevant blockchain network and are not subject to deletion by SwapBNB.org.

Security

SwapBNB.org uses reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect service-related information. No online service or blockchain transaction can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Never send SwapBNB.org a wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password. These credentials are not required to investigate a normal exchange order.

Where relevant, include enough information to identify the order or support request concerned, but do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
